Responsibilities

Your Role: 

  • Collaborate with Product Management: Explore and identify new technologies that can be investigated, developed, or modified to enhance our product offerings. 
  • Idea Development: Partner with our lab to create Proof of Concepts (POCs) and conduct rigorous viability testing. 
  • Market Analysis: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market dynamics and identify radical innovations that set us apart from the competition.

What We’re Looking For: 

Skills and Abilities: 

  • Proactive Contributor:You’re hands-on with strong written and oral communication skills. 
  • Idea Evaluation: You have the ability to critically assess and implement new ideas. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Exceptional computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software and tools. 

Education: 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (preferred). 

Physical Requirements: 

  • The role involves a mix of sitting for extended periods, occasional standing, stooping, bending, and minimal lifting. Manual dexterity is also required.
