Caribbean region is a $10M business for Alliance and previous RSM was promoted to a higher challenge in Mexico. This position will cover the Caribbean region, and can be based out of Miami, Panama or the surrounding area.  

 

As a Sales RSM the individual must:

• Be responsible for all sales in his territory, pursue sales targets and company KPIs as revenues, margins, allowances, EBITDA and others
• Support current distribution network for them to have a strong performance in their market by connecting areas between Alliance areas and Distributors as service, marketing, logistics, credit, manufacturing and others
• Develop strategy for distribution according to segments, areas, products and brands. Open distributors when needed and terminate the nom performing ones
• Increase laundry knowledge and other related knowledge to find opportunities, develop markets and reduce risks and costs for a better performance in region

Act with respect to colleagues, protect company values and follow unrestrictedly the laws in all countries

 

Knowledge/Experience:

 

For interview purpose – We are looking for a higher potential rather than strong experience (we look for this position to develop people in sales and possibly for succession planning), although  sales background is important (at least 3 year in sales)

• Have proved experience in connecting with customers.
• Must have been through challenging sales situations and how issues were fixed
• Worked through different business that required products to be distributed through distributors
• Experience in the region is a differential (Caribbean)

Skills and Abilities:

• Good interpersonal skills, highly committed to the work and disciplined (deadlines, targes, plans, results).
• Good and strategic communication focused and objective. Build alliances inside and outside the company for better and faster result achievement.
• Analytical skills is required. Good excel experience and some finance knowledge preferred
• Fast learner, creative, curious, dedicated and engaged. Willingness to growth

 

 Education:

• • • Engineering, Administration, or similar degree is required. MBA preferred
    • English mandatory.  Spanish as second language will be a strong differentiator

Physical Requirements:

• • • Available for travelling 70% of time.
