Overview

Perform internal and external customer service functions to support the Financial Services department underwriting and customer service teams from application to documentation to funding loans to customers for the purchase of commercial laundry equipment for the use in coin, multi-housing and on-premise laundries in North America. This position is based in Ripon, WI with the ability to work remote Thursday and Friday each week.  

Responsibilities

  • Follow prescribed guidelines to prepare, receive, and review executed loan documentation to insure thoroughness and accuracy
  • Prepare loan closing and funding per company guidelines
  • Conduct verbal audits with customers to review the terms of the loan structure and completion of all necessary steps for the funding process
  • Build strong business relationships with financing customers, distributor finance staff, and sales representatives through the final stages of the documentation and funding process
  • Maintain database of equipment serial numbers for funded transactions
  • Organize and maintain the electronic storage of loan file contents
  • Assist in the input of lead and application data into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of client credit information and upholds the integrity of Alliance finance programs
  • Manage additional projects as assigned by the Underwriting Supervisor
  • Provide reporting on an as needed basis for the Underwriting Supervisor

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required; Associates Degree, preferred; Bachelor's degree, a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration or a customer service-related position

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong customer service focus with attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
  • Ability to communicate requirements clearly across all lines of business
  • Ability to independently plan, prioritize and carry out simultaneous projects and meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of PC-based database software
  • Spanish language skills, a plus
