Reporting to the Finished Goods Scheduling Manager, the Finished Goods Scheduler will be responsible ensuring accurate production schedules that satisfy our customers and meet shipment commitments while adhering to both Plant and supply chain constraints. 

Primary duties:

• Ensure targeted inventories of finished goods are maintained per the scheduling stocking plan so that targeted order fill rates/customer service goals are achieved.
• Review current production availability and advise Management/Sales of appropriate ship dates based on availability and lead times.
• Review daily customer releases (including service), to verify daily scheduled manufacturing will meet shipment demands.
• Independently develop schedules for product lines using SAP system tools and line constraints.
• Maintain finished goods inventory to a level that meets customer requirements while maintaining the stocking plan and planned assembly rates.
• Communicates to all necessary parties any changes that would require alternative scheduling to meet demands.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve production issues and support continuous improvement efforts. 
• Hold weekly meetings with production lines to discuss schedules and any improvements that can be made to improve line efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Operations or related work experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems. User experience with an ERP System such as SAP would be a plus.
• Proficient in Office Microsoft Suite, specifically in Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
