Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

Project Support & Data Analytics

  • Dive deep into supply chain data and assist with SAP clean-up initiatives, optimizing our operational efficiency.

Packaging Sourcing & Benchmarking

  • Collaborate with the Commodity team to source and benchmark packaging materials and cartons, gaining insights into cutting-edge procurement strategies.

Supply Chain Analysis & Procurement Support

  • Provide crucial support to our Supply Chain and Procurement teams by tackling impactful projects and generating detailed reports.

Buying & Indirect Material Management

  • Assist our Buyer and Indirect/MRO Buyer teams in the acquisition of raw materials and indirect materials, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.

Tool Crib Part Identification

  • Conduct thorough identification and cataloging of parts within our tool crib, enhancing organization and inventory management.

Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) Consolidations

  • Take part in consolidating VMI programs, working towards a more streamlined and efficient vendor management system.

Contract Management and Clean Up

  • Support the team in reviewing, organizing, and cleaning up contract documentation, ensuring compliance and streamlined processes.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For: 

Education: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Materials, or Business Administration (preferred). Engineering or Packaging majors are also encouraged to apply. 

Skills & Abilities: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Exceptional computer proficiency 
  • Experience with SAP is a plus but not mandatory 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods, stand, perform manual dexterity tasks, and carry out light lifting as needed
