Operational Leadership:
- Execute the vision for enterprise analytics in alignment with business objectives, promoting a culture of data literacy and insight-driven decision-making.
- Lead the implementation and maturity of a flexible analytics model that can support centralized, decentralized or federated structures.
- Champion the adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to drive innovation and business growth.
Technology and Data Management:
- Contribute to the selection and oversee the implementation and support of analytics tools, platforms, and infrastructure for data ingest, data pipeline creation, data warehousing, data visualization and data science.
- Collaborate with IT, data security, and other technical teams to ensure data integrity, scalability, and reliability across the organization.
Governance and Standardization:
- Establish and enforce governance structures, including data access policies, security protocols, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Standardize analytics methodologies, tools, and platforms while ensuring flexibility for individual business unit needs.
- Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the enterprise analytics team and the impact of analytics initiatives across ALS.
Team Development and Talent Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics professionals, assisting business units with hiring and retention of their analytics talent.
- Design and implement training and upskilling programs to elevate analytics competencies throughout the organization, specifically to include deep knowledge in Snowflake, Dataiku and Power BI.
