Join our dynamic team as a Production Supervisor in our Top Load Washer Sub-Assembly division, where you'll inspire and guide a talented team toward operational excellence. This leadership role offers the perfect blend of hands-on management and strategic thinking, allowing you to make a real impact on our production success.

 

Position Overview: As a key leader in our organization, you'll champion our team's success by fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Your leadership will directly influence production efficiency, team development, and operational excellence.

 

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM Additional overtime opportunities available on Fridays

What You'll Do:

• Drive operational excellence through servant leadership
• Cultivate a positive, high-performance team culture
• Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with technical staff to optimize processes
• Lead safety and quality initiatives
• Champion lean manufacturing principles
• Build strong relationships with team members and union representatives

What You'll Bring:

• Proven track record of inspiring and leading high-performing teams
• 1-3 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles (Kaizen, Kanban)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations (preferred)
