Overview

As a Financial Analyst with Alliance Laundry Systems, you will supporting the Corporate FP&A team in delivering budgets, forecasts, analysis of expenses, and other financial projects.

 

This position will be primarily remote, but will need to be onsite monthly for meetings in Ripon, WI. This position is not eligible for relocation. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly business unit KPIs, including actual, budget and forecast comparisons
  • Partner with Commercial & Manufacturing organizations in expense analysis and control.
  • Ensure appropriate variance explanations are captured as needed. Identify and communicate all risks and opportunities.
  • Act as the designated analyst to support financial transactions for assigned business areas. 
  • Participate in the development and the implementation of system improvements and departmental efficiencies. 
  • Ensure the consistent application of financial and operating controls. 

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or relevant field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial/business analysis 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI)
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, and basic concepts of accountin
  • Hands-on experience with budget / forecast preparation techniques

  • Results oriented with strong attention to detail to ensure deliverables are submitted in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data to analyze, interpret, and present in concise audience appropriate way.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization through strong verbal and written communication.
