The Digital Marketing Intern is an essential member of the Residential Marketing team, supporting a variety of digital marketing initiatives. This part-time, remote position begins in Fall 2025, with the possibility of extension into the Spring 2026 semester or Summer 2026 if business needs and performance allow. You will gain hands-on experience working on impactful projects that help enhance our digital communications and online presence.

 

• Monthly Email Newsletter Management

  • Collaborate with various departments to develop engaging content and articles for our monthly newsletter.
  • Build, route for approval, distribute, and track the newsletter using Pardot.
  • Analyze newsletter performance and report on content engagement metrics.

• Social Media Analytics & Optimization

  • Implement and optimize a new online social listening tool to monitor brand sentiment and digital trends.
  • Refine and enhance our social media analytics dashboard, and share key insights with the team.

• Trade Portal Management

  • Audit existing trade portal content, identifying outdated or missing information.
  • Coordinate updates for the portal by creating project briefs and managing communications with internal teams and/or agency partners.

• Digital Expansion & Marketing Support

  • Assist in launching new social media platforms and expanding our digital footprint.
  • Support ongoing digital communications efforts across multiple channels.
  • Provide additional marketing support as needed.

 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player and proactive contributor, eager to implement new ideas.
• Exceptional computer and technical skills; familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Experience with email marketing software (e.g., Pardot) and social media analytics tools preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work remotely at a computer for extended periods.
• Occasional standing, manual dexterity, stooping, and minimal lifting required.
