The Administrative Assistant will have the responsibility of answering phone calls and email inquiries from our customers in a timely manner, with a high sense of urgency, while delivering excellent customer service. As a Lead Electrical Engineer at Alliance Laundry Systems, you will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for electrical engineering, enhancing product and component innovation through strategic leadership and expertise. Building on the Senior Electrical Engineer's foundation, this role requires you to leverage over 10 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering to guide major projects from scoping through to design, testing, and qualifications. As a key team member, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting production issues, ensuring our laundry products meet the highest quality standards.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for growing and maintaining sales of commercial laundry products within their assigned accounts. This position will work directly with the General Manager and/or Sales Manager of the assigned segment to generate and convert leads into sales.
Key aspects of this position include the execution of results-oriented sales strategies, creation and maintenance of business relationships, and pre- and post-sales support in a variety of different areas while following the Alliance Laundry Systems quality standards policies and procedures.
The assigned sales territory for this role is southern West Virginia and southern Virginia.
