The Benefits Coordinator supports daily HR activities by assisting members of the HR Benefits team with administration of online enrollments, FMLA tracking, new hire benefits orientation, various reports, assisting in health and wellness events, and other benefit related tasks as assigned. This position will be based out of Ripon, WI.

This is a hands-on position responsible for fulfilling the role of Quality expert in manufacturing field. Ensure the quality of the parts produced meet all product & process characteristics and customer expectations, quickly and effectively act when non-conformances are found. Manage their quality technicians on regular working roles and the assignment following process control plan. This position will cover the following geographical area and surroundings: Fort Worth, TX and Dallas, TX

May provide instruction or work set-up for less experienced production operators. May participate in routine testing or inspection activities as part of an assembly or production process.
