As a Production Group Leader, you will be the first line leader to support team members within your area/zone.  You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities in order to maintain scheduled production requirements and to ensure your team is successful.    The hours for this position is 2:30pm to 1am, Monday-Thursday with the potential of overtime on Fridays.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall scope of managing assigned projects or programs at Alliance Laundry Systems. This role acts as the subject matter expert in supporting project teams through successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of the project or program.

As the Kitting Group Leader, you will be the first line leader to support team members within your area/zone.  You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities in order to maintain scheduled production requirements and to ensure your team is successful. 

As a Production Group Leader, you will be the first line leader to support team members within your area/zone.  You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities in order to maintain scheduled production requirements and to ensure your team is successful.   This position will be on 2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday, 3:00pm to 1:00am. There maybe occasional overtime required on Fridays from 1:00pm to 9:00pm.

The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for creating, documenting, developing, and implementing procedures used to tool the Company's products.

Experienced Embedded Firmware Engineer with Alliance Laundry Systems will focus on writing, designing and testing embedded firmware for electronic controls for commercial laundry equipment. The products at Alliance are used globally in laundromats, hotels, hospitals, universities, apartment complexes, fire stations and more. This position is based in Ripon, WI.

The Tooling Engineer is responsible for creating, documenting, developing, and implementing procedures used to tool the Company's products.

As a Weld and Forming Process Engineer, you will be responsible for engineering matters related to planning, managing and maintaining production methods for , forming and weld equipment (laser, plasma, resistance welds will be the focus) .  You will collaborate with colleagues in other engineering functions as well as production, quality, purchasing, planning and maintenance.  You will be working on projects that result in a safer work environment, a higher quality product, a more efficient process, and a positive impact the company’s bottom line. 

A technical contributor to the Product Engineering group who identifies, leads, and executes design activities to improve the manufacturability of our laundry machines. Working in highly cross-functional teams, you will engineer and validate parts, assemblies, and systems that support business and sourcing strategies, meet cost and warranty targets, or resolve design issues for customers and manufacturing.
