This position will actively communicate with customers, distributors, sales managers, accounting, and customer care representatives to ensure account accuracy and timely payments within the Alliance order desk grouping of receivable accounts. Energetically seeks positive solutions to complex credit challenges on new and existing receivable accounts. Supports positive process and system changes in a growth focused organization.

The ideal buyer candidate will plan, quote, purchase release, schedule, expedite and monitor materials/equipment required for the Company. They will manage daily inventory and schedules, including material requirements with manufacturing and maintenance; and manage special projects if given with a strategic mindset.

Working with our Service team, the Installer primary responsibility is to effectively install, service, and repair commercial laundry equipment to internal and external clients while following the Alliance Laundry Systems quality standards policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be located within the Portland Metro or Vancouver, WA area
As a Field Service Technician, you will specialize in repairing commercial laundry equipment for our direct distribution team. You will be dispatched from your home to troubleshoot and perform mechanical/electrical repairs on various makes of commercial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, ironers, etc.) at various business environments, such as work out facilities, laundromats, hospitals, motels etc. Building a healthy business relationship with our customers is critical to growing and maintaining our business and your positive attitude and work ethic will be instrumental in our success.

Under the direction of the Corporate Accounting Manager, this position is responsible for general accounting processes related to the production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. This position also assists with monitoring and maintaining the general ledger, including accountability, security and reconciliation issues. Other responsibilities include assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes, audit schedules and quarterly and annual reporting.
The Electrical Engineer Co-Op will be a part of the Design team. The Electrical Engineer Co-Op will be responsible for providing specific project support. This position will be based in Ripon, WI and is open to students looking for a Summer/Fall 2024 Co-Op.
The Area Leader will have the opportunity to develop people and continuously improve the process for the Ripon manufacturing operations on 2nd shift.
Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the 2nd shift Area leader is responsible for leading all 2nd shift operations of the Ripon Plants. Areas include the following: small chassis assembly, large chassis assembly, finishing – paint and porcelain, metal fabrication, machining, press operations, and welding.
The Area Leader ensures continuous improvement activities with overall responsibility for safety, quality, and production within their area of responsibility. This role will achieve excellence through people management and development, driving employee engagement, and meeting or exceeding the expectations of our customers.

Addit responsibilities will include service or repair of equipment.
The Human Resource - Lead will direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
