This position will be based in Ripon, WI, with the ability to work remotely on Thursday and Friday. 

This opening is specifically for a current opening on 3rd Shift (8pm - 6am) for a Utility Team Member position.    Effective January 1, 2025 - Starting at $29.78/hr. for 3rd shift assembly positions.  Four (4), 10-hour shifts in our assembly areas with overtime on Thursday into Friday morning.

The National Field Service Specialist acts on behalf of Alliance Laundry Systems to provide service guidance and support for customers across North America and will be based out of Ripon, WI. This role is expected to support the current Field Service Management team with addressing service issues and provide service training.     Key responsibilities of the National Field Service Specialist include the support and delivery of hands-on technical training for relevant Alliance products.  This will be held during regular, on-site technician and master technician schools facilitated at factory locations and supporting a wide variety of customers, including distributors, route operators, service-only providers, coin store owners, and special accounts.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Scheduling and Systems Analyst Manager, the Semi-Finished Goods Scheduler will create and maintain a finite, constraint-aware production schedule for semi-finished goods to meet customer demand while respecting machine, labor, material, and storage constraints. This role drives schedule attainment, reduces past-due work orders, and partners cross-functionally to improve throughput, accuracy of master data, and inventory performance.

Under the general direction of the Quality Leader, this position is accountable for the coordination of obtaining design/process compatibility on existing parts and products and working with Supplier Quality Engineers and Product Engineering to determine, with purchasing, the capability of existing and new suppliers.   This position will be based in Ripon, WI.
