The Employee Benefits Lead serves as an expert and consultation partner to internal HR, business leaders and employees on benefit related activities and initiatives. This position is responsible for management and administration of employee benefits (health & welfare) and leave of absences (along with our LOA outsource partner), for all employees in the United States. This position will provide recommendations on benefits strategy and act as a go-to person for both new hires and long-standing employees looking to make the most out of what ALS offers. This position will be based out of our headquarters in Ripon, WI.
The Human Resource - Lead will direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This position is based out of our Manitowoc,WI location.
Reporting to the Director – IT Project Management, the Project Manager is responsible for the overall scope of managing assigned technology projects or programs at Alliance Laundry Systems. This role acts as the subject matter expert in supporting project teams through successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of the project or program.
The Commercial Financial Analyst role will provide financial and credit analysis on loan applications for the purchase of commercial laundry equipment for the use in coin, multi-housing and on-premise Laundromats in an assigned region of the country. This position will be based in Ripon, WI, with the ability to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
As a Production Group Leader in Dryer, you will be the first line leader to support team members within your area/zone. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities in order to maintain scheduled production requirements and to ensure your team is successful.
The hours for this position is 2:30pm to 1am, Monday-Thursday with the potential of overtime on Fridays.
