Tha Inbound Coordinator is responsible for coordinating inbound shipments cost effectively while meeting needs of production. They are also responsbile for supporting and assisting customer service to meet or exceed customer’s needs.
Working with our Service team, the Installer primary responsibility is to effectively install, service, and repair commercial laundry equipment to internal and external clients while following the Alliance Laundry Systems quality standards policies and procedures.
As an Electrical Engineer at Alliance Laundry Systems, you will plan programs, design, and development of electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical sub-systems and components for our premium quality laundry products and services. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary, Sustaining Engineering team that is aligned closely with an internal customer group.
The Electrical Designer is responsible for technical requests, solving technical problems and communicating with support, interdepartmental personnel and occasionally with customers.
The CAD Designer will work as part of the team and is responsible for the design and development of laundry equipment using computer aided design tools.
Provide technical and hands-on support within product engineering to complete product design changes to support operations, procurement, quality, and product development. Tasks may include design calculations, working with CAD layouts, fixture design and component testing/assembly in the lab, and working with manufacturing to resolve assembly issues.
Perform internal and external customer service functions to support the Financial Services department underwriting and customer service teams from application to documentation to funding loans to customers for the purchase of commercial laundry equipment for the use in coin, multi-housing and on-premise laundries in North America.
As a Field Service Technician, you will be specializing in repairing commercial laundry equipment for a distributor. You will be dispatched from your home to troubleshoot and perform mechanical/electrical repairs on various makes of commercial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, ironers, etc.) at businesses, such as work out facilities, hospitals, motels etc. Building a healthy business relationship with our customers is key to growing and maintaining our business and your positive attitude and work ethic will be instrumental in our success.

The Technical Service Representative provides technical support and training on all types of laundry equipment manufactured and distributed by Alliance Laundry Systems (ALS). Technical assistance is provided to a wide variety of customers, including ALS sales representatives, distributors, independent service companies, and servicing dealers.
This position is centered on working with vendors and supplier quality engineer’s to help support plant operations by performing product sampling and providing reporting back to management and vendors focusing on continuous improvement.
As a Production Group Leader, you will be the first line leader to support team members within your area/zone. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities in order to maintain scheduled production requirements and to ensure your team is successful.
This position will be on 1st Shift, Monday through Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:00pm. There maybe occasional additional hours required on Fridays.

The sales manager of National Accounts is responsible for leading National Account contract negotiation, sales fulfillment, logistics and installation support, technical support and pre-sale and post-sale activities of the National Account program.

Pay Range: $23 - $27 per hour

The position of Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing all maintenance roles and processes on 2nd shift in the Ripon, WI facilities. This role is responsible for executing the maintenance process, establishing a reliability focus, and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement. This position also provides leadership, first-line supervision, technical assistance, and training for a staff of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance technicians. This position is responsible for executing unit goals and objectives, supervising assigned personnel, and directing day-to-day activities on their assigned shift. Duties and responsibilities are carried out with considerable independence within the framework of established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Work and results are reviewed through inspection and analysis of records, reports, completed work orders, and equipment performance. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
This is a 2nd shift position. Monday through Friday 1pm-10pm.
The MRO Buyer will plan, quote, purchase release, schedule, expedite and monitor materials/equipment required for the Company. They will manage daily inventory and schedules, including material requirements with manufacturing and maintenance; and manage special projects if given with a strategic mindset.

The Human Resource - Lead will direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
The Human Resources Intern will gain knowledge and experience by working on a variety of HR projects and processes under the supervision of experienced HR professionals. The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources team with a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, employee recognition, and standardization of HR processes and procedures. Successful candidates must have the ability to take initiative to drive items to completion, be able to work in a team environment and have a strong desire to learn. This position will be based in Ripon, WI and is open to students looking able to work 20 hours a week starting August/September 2023.
The purpose of this position is to review invoices, credits, expense reports, and check requests for proper documentation and approvals; process expense, 2-way PO match, and 3-way PO match invoices; process check requests; process AP check, ACH, and wire payments; assists in processing 1099-MISC; respond to vendor inquiries; assist other persons with questions as needed; helps to maintain files; and other duties as assigned.
