As a Production Supervisor, you will be the first line leader to support team members within your area/zone.  You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities in order to maintain scheduled production requirements and to ensure your team is successful.    This position will be on 1st Shift, Monday through Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm. There maybe occasional overtime required on Fridays from 5:00am-1:00pm.  

As a Production Supervisor, you will be the first line leader to support team members within your area/zone.  You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities in order to maintain scheduled production requirements and to ensure your team is successful.    This position will be on 2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday, 3:00pm to 1:00am. There maybe occasional overtime required on Fridays from 1:00pm to 9:00pm.  

  Effective January 1, 2025 - Starting at $27.83/hr. for 2nd shift assembly positions. 1st shift starting at $24.58/hr.   Four (4), 10-hour shifts in our assembly areas with overtime on Fridays. (Other schedules available)  

The Quality Engineer is accountable for the coordination of obtaining design/process compatibility on existing parts and products while working with Supplier Quality, Product Engineering, and Aftermarket Sales to ensure company and industry standards are met.This position will be based out of Ripon, WI.   ALS Core Behaviors:

As a Field Service Technician, you will specialize in repairing commercial laundry equipment for our direct distribution team. You will be dispatched from your home to troubleshoot and perform mechanical/electrical repairs on various makes of commercial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, ironers, etc.) at various business environments, such as work out facilities, laundromats, hospitals, motels etc. Building a healthy business relationship with our customers is critical to growing and maintaining our business and your positive attitude and work ethic will be instrumental in our success.
