As a Finishing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for engineering matters related to the planning, managing, and maintaining of finishing production methods, processes, and equipment. Finishing processes include powder paint, electrodeposition coating, powder porcelain, wet porcelain and industrial waste water treatment. You will collaborate with colleagues in other engineering functions as well as in roles such as operations, quality, purchasing, planning, finance, and maintenance. You will be working on projects that result in a safer work environment, a higher quality product, and a more efficient process.
The Marketing Data Analyst works closely with leadership across all business segments to inform strategic decision-making, including but not limited to insights into the market, customers, and competitors. They are responsible for strategic data and information, trend and scenario analysis, and other business analytics in support of strategic planning and execution. Purpose:
The CAD Designer will work as part of the team and is responsible for the design and development of laundry equipment using computer aided design tools.

The products at Alliance are used globally in laundromats, hotels, hospitals, universities, apartment complexes, fire stations and more. This role will write, design and test embedded firmware for electronic controls for commercial laundry equipment.
As an Electrical Engineer at Alliance Laundry Systems, you will plan programs, design, and development of electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical sub-systems and components for our premium quality laundry products and services. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary, Sustaining Engineering team that is aligned closely with an internal customer group.
The human resources generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities and will help with important functions such as employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
Design Engineer to be a technical contributor to the Product Engineering group who identifies, leads, and executes design activities to improve the manufacturability of our laundry machines. Working in highly cross-functional teams, you will engineer and validate parts, assemblies, and systems that support business and sourcing strategies, meet cost and warranty targets, or resolve design issues for customers and manufacturing. Emphasis on designing for manufacturing and assembly in design solutions. This position will develop and drive qualification plans with lab technicians, quality, and manufacturing. Perform evaluation of existing tests and develop new ones to accurately assess product performance and quality. Implement changes with writing Engineering Change Notices with attention to detail and communication of changes for accurate record keeping.
This position will be based ONSITE in Ripon, WI and is not eligible for a relocation assistance.
Responsible for verifying user interface and machine functionality according to its Design Specification(s). Test laundry equipment, control boards, and any other ancillary controls or systems to validate that the machines are in line with specific regulations, standards and guidelines set forth by Engineering and Marketing.
